I absolutely loved my lessons. Alistair was completely understanding and supporting throughout. Highly recommend.

I’m now confident of swimming single lengths, I just need to improve my technique, which I’m sure I will in the remainder of my lessons.

A package of only five lessons boosted my confidence, from being uncomfortable in the water to swimming lengths with ease.

Here’s a few examples of programmes we’ve created for our clients.
Water Confidence
Swimming can be daunting, especially if you have had a bad experience in the past. We specialise in lessons for complete beginners and nervous swimmers. The aim is to build water confidence first through floating and relaxation, before moving onto skills like, breathing, treading water and eventually confident swimming.
Water Phobia? No Problem!
Water phobia is common, it usually comes from:
- Never having had lessons at school
- A bad past experience
- General fear of the water
Water phobia can have a real impact on holidays and spoil trips to the beach and pool if not confronted in the right way.
Holiday Swimmer
Many people simply want to float around in the pool on holiday and relax. That’s fine, not everyone needs to swim like Michael Phelps. With just a few swimming lessons we can give you the basic skills you need to become safe and happy in the water.
Swimming in the Sea
Once you can do the basics you might want to be more adventurous… we can prepare you for activities like snorkelling, scuba diving and jumping off boats into deep water.

Gliding through the water with a relaxed style is a great feeling. It requires balance, co-ordination and timing. We can show you how to master all three with our adult swimming lessons.
Relaxed Swimming
By the end of the course we aim for complete confidence in the water, with swimming on both your front and back. Once achieved you won’t look back, it’s just like riding a bike.
Request a CallbackStroke Improvement
Can you swim a bit, but get exhausted after 1 or 2 lengths? Do you feel that your stroke is inefficient? It’s probably due to poor technique. We focus on two important factors, increasing propulsion and minimising resistance.
Learn a New Stroke
With four different swimming strokes to choose from, why not have a go at learning Butterfly or Backstroke? A variety of strokes in your arsenal will make you a more accomplished swimmer.
Request a CallbackFitness & Weight Management
Choosing an activity to keep you fit and healthy all year round can be tricky. Running is tough on your joints and cycling on the road can often be weather permitting. Swimming provides the perfect balance and burns more calories than many other activities.
Triathlon
Endurance events are becoming increasingly more popular. Our experienced coaches can take your swimming to a level in preparation for swimming in open water.

Female Or Male Coaches
We want you to be as relaxed as possible, so we’ll give you the option to choose which gender coach you would feel most comfortable with.
Just Give it a Go!
Do you dream of being a confident swimmer? If you’re thinking, “I do, but I’m not sure If I could” believe us, it’s possible! Once you’re in the water you’ll wonder what all the fuss was about.

Swim your way to a healthy lifestyle...
Swimming is the ultimate exercise for health and vitality, it helps improve blood flow and lowers blood pressure. It essentially keeps you healthier and happier for longer, just a few reasons why more people choose swimming as their go-to hobby.
Injury Rehab
During swimming the muscles become very warm, the water offers buoyancy and reduces impact on the bones and joints. Swimming involves a full range of motion which stretches the muscles and improves overall flexibility. This alone can reduce the risk of injury and prevent muscle and joint problems.
Back Problems?
Back problems are becoming more frequent, especially later in life. Swimming encourages correct posture, strengthens the core muscles and reduces pain from back injuries.
