step by step process to launching your very own swimming business.

First Call After completing our contact form, we’ll arrange a call with you to discuss the opportunity, we’ll ask some specific questions.
More Information If both parties agree there’s potential, we’ll give you the opportunity to ask questions about the role, business and the interview process.
First interview Having had time to consider the opportunity, we’ll arrange an interview with you. At this point you’ll have chance to ask us further questions about the role.
Second Interview This will be a chance to meet again face to face. We’ll ask more detailed questions about all things swimming.
Job Offer If you are succesful in the interview process, a job offer email will follow, with a few instructions to complete.
Training Once you’ve accepted the role your training can begin. We have some videos for you to watch and we’ll schedule some 1-1’s with your line manager.
Induction Employment contracts signed and DBS checks complete, it’s time for your induction day at the venue. You’ll get the cance to meet the team and maybe do some shadowing too.
