Hello! My name is Finlay and I’m based in Inverness north of the highlands! Swimming has been a massive part of my life as of my life since I was young! Competing in school competitions, being able to play with friends, meet new friends and have the freedom of loch swimming and safely in the sea abroad on holidays, it’s also supplemented my performance through my other sport hobbies such as rock climbing and rugby and helped massively with my health and fitness.
Swimming has also been a massive part of my career as I’ve been a teacher for 3 years now and gained experience working around the highlands and also down in Edinburgh teaching varies of skill levels, ages and disabilities, doing 1 to 1 lessons and also group lessons throughout the years of teaching and seeing the progress and the enjoyment of people achieving there goals, over coming fears, making friends in the process of learning to swim.
As a teacher for swim now I’m excited and dedicated to deliver tailored sessions and plans to develop you! In a fun, safe and productive way for you to get the most out of your ability and as it’s been a massive part of my life I hope it can change yours! Don’t hold back! Dive into it!
