Hi, it’s Josh.
I’m based in Macclesfield at Everlast Fitness. I joined Aqua babies when I was 2 years old and have loved being in the water ever since.
I have helped out at Norris bank Swimming Club since I was 13 and have taught there for the last 2 years.
As a teacher, I pride myself on providing fun and engaging lessons for learners and understand that everyone learns at their own pace. I have taught a wide range of ages and believe you are never too old to learn.

I’ve just started adult swimming lessons with Josh. I can swim, but I’m not confident and I’ve not put my head under water for years. Within 2 lessons, Josh has supported me with better form, breathing and not being afraid to get my head underwater. The lessons are enjoyable and rewarding.
We have a daughter Eva, who we adopted, who has attachment & sensory impairment, along with a few other Issues & so she & her friend Polly, have swimming lessons together with Josh.
Both the girls adore him & really look forward to their lesson each week as he makes them feel at ease, making the lesson engaging & fun. He is so patient & understanding of Eva’s fear of new things & teaches in a manner to let her not feel stressed or insecure.
We couldn’t ask for a better instructor for both Eva & Polly.
