I can’t remember a time where I wasn’t around water. Whether that was starting out at my local community swim school or learning to snorkel in the sea on family holidays. Since then I’ve been more and more involved, first as a swimmer for a local club and county and then as a teacher and coach. On a personal level, I am an avid sportsman and on top of swimming I play rugby and football and will try my hand at, or watch, any and all sport. In the past few years I’ve competed in triathlon sprints and post COVID-19 hope to complete my first full triathlon. I live in Nottingham with my wife, little baby and my cat Tipsy.
Nick is a fantastic teacher who has improved my confidence and swimming technique a great deal. He gave me very good and well explained coaching in person and also sent me routines to do in my own time. Would very much recommend and thank you.
very good polite and friendly guy i really enjoyed learning swiming from him. he thought me most of the stuff i needed in a very short amount of time. highly recommend:)
Nick is a brilliant swimming teacher. He builds a great rapport with the children he teaches and my son enjoyed his lessons so much that he still says he misses them now, weeks later. My son made more progress with Nick than any previous teacher and learnt to swim properly with him. Great communication and very accommodating. Highly recommend!
Great teacher. Patient. Knows how to get you to teach, explains it really well and shows you too. Also teaches fun skills. Proud to say I cam swim now. Hoping to get my kids work with him as well
Nick has the patience of a saint!! has given me confidence in the water taught me lots of different strokes and techniques in a very short period of time I would definitely recommend him to anybody wanting to learn how to swim or improve there swimming..
Nick is brilliant with children – so encouraging and fun, but also gives extremely clear instructions on technique to refine their skills. I can’t believe how far my 8 year old has come in his confidence and skills in the water. Nick has achieved in 6 months what 5 years of group lessons did not. It was amazing to go on holiday and read a book, knowing my children could look after themselves in the water!
